1. Who operates this site

The licensed agent identified on this site owns and operates myfamilylegacyprotection.com and its customer relationship system. This is not a lead-generation service operated by an unrelated company for sale to multiple agents. Insurance products are offered only through properly licensed insurance professionals.

2. Information we collect

If you request a quote or review, we collect the contact information you enter, your selected contact method, your final calculator estimate, your affirmative consent and its version and timestamp, and limited security information needed to detect abuse.

The calculator runs in your browser. Mortgage balance, annual income, income-replacement years, final-expense amount, and existing-protection inputs are used locally to calculate the estimate and are not submitted with the quote request.

If marketing tracking is configured and you allow it, we store your tracking preference and its version and timestamp in your browser. Meta and Google may then receive limited website activity such as the page URL, browser/device information, IP address, platform cookie identifiers, and categorical events such as opening the calculator or completing a quote request. We do not intentionally send form fields, CRM records, public-record lead data, or calculator values in advertising events.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card information, medical records, or insurance-application health answers through this website form. Please do not submit those items through the form.

3. How we use information

6. Cookies and tracking
