Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 26, 2026

Our core promise: We do not sell personal information. We do not upload CRM or public-record lead lists to advertising platforms. If you separately allow marketing tracking, Meta and Google may process limited website activity so this licensed agent can show relevant ads. You may reject or revoke that choice at any time, and we honor Global Privacy Control.

1. Who operates this site

The licensed agent identified on this site owns and operates myfamilylegacyprotection.com and its customer relationship system. This is not a lead-generation service operated by an unrelated company for sale to multiple agents. Insurance products are offered only through properly licensed insurance professionals.

Agent/license information: pending verified publication.

2. Information we collect

If you request a quote or review, we collect the contact information you enter, your selected contact method, your final calculator estimate, your affirmative consent and its version and timestamp, and limited security information needed to detect abuse.

The calculator runs in your browser. Mortgage balance, annual income, income-replacement years, final-expense amount, and existing-protection inputs are used locally to calculate the estimate and are not submitted with the quote request.

If marketing tracking is configured and you allow it, we store your tracking preference and its version and timestamp in your browser. Meta and Google may then receive limited website activity such as the page URL, browser/device information, IP address, platform cookie identifiers, and categorical events such as opening the calculator or completing a quote request. We do not intentionally send form fields, CRM records, public-record lead data, or calculator values in advertising events.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card information, medical records, or insurance-application health answers through this website form. Please do not submit those items through the form.

3. How we use information

  • To receive, review, and respond to the quote or information request you initiated.
  • To contact you only through the contact method you selected, subject to consent, suppression, and applicable eligibility checks.
  • To maintain consent, unsubscribe, and suppression records.
  • To secure, monitor, troubleshoot, back up, and improve the website and CRM.
  • After separate marketing consent, to measure limited website activity and show this agent’s ads to prior website visitors through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • To comply with applicable laws and respond to valid legal process.

Submitting the form does not create an insurance application, bind coverage, guarantee eligibility, or require a purchase. You may revoke contact permission at any time.

4. No sale or lead-list advertising upload

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not upload CRM contacts, public-record leads, email addresses, or phone numbers to advertising-platform customer lists or custom audiences.

If you allow marketing tracking, limited website activity may be disclosed to Meta and Google for this agent’s remarketing. Depending on applicable law, that activity may be treated as “sharing” or cross-context behavioral advertising. Tracking remains off unless you allow it, and you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices or Global Privacy Control.

5. Service providers and advertising platforms

Operating an online service requires providers for hosting, security, CRM, backup, and optional communications. Advertising platforms are used only after the separate marketing choice described below.

  • Website hosting and delivery for serving the site and its server-side form proxy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for detecting automated and abusive form submissions.
  • CRM and backup infrastructure controlled for this agent’s business.
  • Email delivery infrastructure when email is enabled, including delivery, unsubscribe, and suppression processing.
  • Meta Platforms and Google Ads only after marketing consent, for limited website-visitor remarketing and measurement described below.
  • Insurance carriers, underwriting platforms, or agency systems only if you choose to proceed and the disclosure is necessary to obtain or service the insurance product you request.

These operational disclosures are not permission for a provider to use your information for its own unrelated advertising. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect people, systems, or rights.

6. Cookies and tracking

Essential site functions and Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical data needed for security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and reliable operation. These functions do not depend on marketing consent.

Advertising tracking is disabled unless the site is specifically configured for Meta Ads and Google Ads and you select “Allow marketing.” Before that choice, the site does not load those advertising scripts. If you reject marketing, close the choice without allowing it, have Global Privacy Control enabled, or browser storage is unavailable, advertising tracking remains off.

After you allow marketing, the site may load the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag, set or read their first-party identifiers, record a page view, and send only allowlisted categorical events. We do not use advanced matching, upload CRM/public-record audiences, or include names, emails, phone numbers, form values, calculator values, or free text in those events.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to your request, documenting consent or revocation, maintaining suppression records, securing the system, and satisfying applicable recordkeeping obligations. The licensed owner must approve a written retention schedule before production launch. We do not promise a specific deletion period until that schedule is approved.

Verified backups are encrypted or access-restricted according to the hosting environment and are included in the same retention and deletion process. Existing legacy records are not silently deleted without an approved migration.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or revoke contact permission, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism; suppression records may be retained so the opt-out continues to be honored.

You can reject or revoke advertising tracking at any time through . We also treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a marketing-tracking opt-out. Revocation stops future platform events and removes known first-party marketing cookies on a best-effort basis; platform-controlled data remains subject to the platform’s policies and applicable rights.

Send privacy requests to the verified privacy contact published on this site.

9. California privacy rights

Depending on whether applicable legal thresholds and exemptions are met, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; to receive information about categories of collection, use, and disclosure; to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable; and to exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. We do not sell personal information or upload lead lists. Consent-based Meta/Google website tracking may be considered sharing or cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable law, so the site provides prior choice, revocation, and Global Privacy Control handling.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.

10. Security

We use safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, including a same-origin server-side form proxy, secret-token protection between the website and CRM, request validation, abuse controls, access-restricted storage, integrity-checked backups, and monitoring. No internet or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children

This site is intended for adults seeking information about insurance protection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through the quote form. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the system or our practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
